Service Description

We are a really lovely ladies only group based in Gloucester, right by Gloucester park. We get together and train every Saturday from 10am - 11am. We cover all the basics like flexibility, self defence, basic fitness and martial arts training. We have no crazy hidden costs or contracts. All classes are taught by female instructor Sinead Byrne, who has over 22 years of experience training in and teaching Kenpo Karate and self defence. She is super lovely and understanding, she prides herself on being inclusive to all who wish to train. The other female members who started at various times over the past year, are really welcoming and cannot wait to meet you. This introductory offer is a fantastic way to give martial arts a try and see if its for you. With all the bits you need to start. Whats included in the £65.00 offer: - 6 weeks of pre booked classes - Joining fee - Membership - White Belt - Club T-shirt Then if you wish to continue beyond the 6 weeks, there will be a monthly fee of £33.00pm and we are open 46+ weeks of the year. On your first lesson, please wear loose fitting clothing, socks or bare feet and bring along a bottle of water.
